Wedding Events:

The Rehearsal was at First Baptist Church, DeFuniak Springs, Florida on Friday, November 30, 2001 at 5:00 pm. The Rehearsal Dinner followed at the Beach Club at Sandestin Beach and Golf Resort, Destin, Florida.

  The Ceremony was at six o'clock in the evening on Saturday the first of December the year two thousand and one at First Baptist Church in DeFuniak Springs, Florida

A Reception of dinner and dancing immediately followed the ceremony at the DeFuniak Springs Country Club at Country Club Lane.

Morgan, Mom, Sandra, and I trekked to Jacksonville to hand over my dress to be altered. While we were there we checked out a Kenny Chesney/Tim Mcgraw concert at Alltel Stadium. Here are some pictures:

Today my mother, Janis, my aunt Sanrda, and cousin, Morgan, and I went to a bridal expo held at the Radisson Beach Resort on Okaloosa Island. It contained 31 vendors, each having their own booth. It also had a fashion show put on by Simply Elegant.

Friday, March 9, 2001 through Sunday, March 11, 2001-The Perfect Dress

This Weekend my mother, Janis, my aunt, Sandra, my cousin &Maid of Honor, Morgan, and myself went to Altomonte Springs, just outside of Orlando &Tampa, to look for our wedding dresses, bridesmaids dresses, & flower girl dresses. Guess what? We were successful in a couple of ways: first, we both picked our and purchased our wedding dresses! In fact, I purchased the first one I tried on! And we both picked out flower girl dresses. We tries on quite a few bridesmaid dresses but didn't make any decisions as I want all the girls to have a say in what they will have to wear. Well Morgan, Cynthia, and I went to Pensacola on a trek to find the perfect bridesmaid dresses. After trying on a million dresses and taking a gazillion pictures Ken and I decided to go with a dress that I tried on in Altamonte Springs, Fl when Morgan and I were buying our wedding gowns...But we had a good time!!

As you can see, some of the dresses didn't impress us much...
